You have 14 days to take advantage of our return policy. Your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Suppose the item is returned damaged while opening or otherwise not in acceptable condition. In that case, the buyer will be advised that the item(s) will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. Such returns are only accepted with prior authorization and will be denied without a refund. It may be necessary for the buyer to work directly with the manufacturer's team to get their warranty claim authorized and processed. Each refund and inspection request will be treated individually. We need a receipt or other purchase verification form to process your return.
